A small PR to improve the helm docs for oathkeeper :slightly_smiling_face:

Seems to have some formatting issues and a PR title issue. The CI checks in place would be more visible if implemented as a bot instead.

Additionally, if implemented as a bot the formatting could be added as a 'suggestion' in the comment to make it easier to apply.
