Is there a way to prevent the migration containers from exiting on completion in docker compose? I'm using the `--exit-code-from` flag for running tests locally and any migration container aborting is causing the tests to prematurely exit.

Found a solution, simply override the hydra entrytpoint in docker-compose when running integration tests:
```ash -c "hydra migrate sql -e --yes; hydra serve all --dangerous-force-http"```
