Will there be any Hydra on Cloud preview coming ?

Yes!
We will present an updated roadmap soon, and Hydra will be part of that.
I cant tell you an exact date (yet) but it is only a few weeks now.

Our work on auth was delayed but I think the POC are coming soon and having the Hydra cloud API would be awesome
