What is the expected response time of the whoami lookup? I understand this varies based on the infrastructure but I was wondering what speeds others were experiencing. Our api and database is very fast computing complex queries in under 100ms, but our whoami lookup can take upwards of 250ms. Additionally with Hydra we experience a lot of latency in the oauth flow. Does anyone else experience this? If not what infrastructure do you use when self hosting? We have been thinking about moving to kratos managed, but hydra is not supported just yet so we need to continue to self host that in the meantime regardless. Any help or input would be appreciated
