If you are located in the US, and your project lives in the EU (or vice versa), then traffic hits the wrong search cluster which is why you don't see the correct data. We have it on the roadmap to fix that but it is a bit complicated due to the routing of our console APIs. So if you have that set up, please use the non-preview search for now.
