@orange-insurance-24504 understand your frustration but let's also keep the discussion civil 🙂 You're the first report of an issue here so I don't think the tone is warranted. Mistakes and bugs can happen especially when rolling out exciting new features. If you have access to ticketing, can you please create a ticket or otherwise share your Project ID so we can investigate why search isn't working. Please also share reproducible steps (what query did you use) and so on, since it could also be a syntax issue. Also, as you have already noticed, there is a way to get back to the "old" search which works normally.

and also by

trait.email

, but both returned “no results found.” I’m confident the values exist — the search works fine in the old UI, and I’ve also confirmed the values exist in our database. Regarding tone, I’ll keep it civil — I think my earlier comments were fair, but perhaps came across too harsh. That said, the bug is still present in the new UI. For reference: • Project ID:
