1. Is there a way to determine if a kratos identity has a password created or not?
2. how can I have a non-user process generate a link password recovery email?

ok cool, that works for #1.

2 - that looks like it just generates a link, but doesn't trigger an email to be sent?

is there a way to trigger than email to be sent from kratos? like if it had gone through the self-service process? I'd rather not reimplement that if possible.
