Can you do the request using e.g. cUrl to confirm it is not related to your Kratos instance?
I am not very familiar with Elixir, but maybe you can share the relevant code snippet (preferable using something like gist)

in case you are using the SDK, make sure to configure it so it prepends the `/.ory`  part in the path
