is it save to assume that when I do `oathkeeper rules list -c /etc/oathkeeper/config.yml -e <http://0.0.0.0:4456>` it would validate the URLs too before it lists them?

Trying to figure out if I can use this in CI as a smoke test to see if rules are "correct", in terms of formatting, etc.
