Does kratos support personal access tokens like github does?
If not what's the best way to have this for now

You mean PATs to access Ory Kratos admin APIs or using Ory Kratos to provide a PAT functionality for your service?
The latter is unfortunately not really in scope for Kratos, but we want to ceate a new service for it.

I have multiple independent services. users would create PATs with the ability to access some actions on one or more services. I think my use case is the latter one.
