From a customer perspective, it is pretty hard for me to follow your blog, I expect and email with this kind of changes.

<@U03HLFCQ3CN> knows the answer to that - at least in the blog post I can’t find anything about a one year limitation

I really like your product, but I think that you guys should improve the communication with your customers. (I kinda have to defend you every time this kind of things happen because the business / product guys expect to know these things). I understand these kind of things because Im a developer aswell but they don’t.
