Can redirect uri follow a pattern, such as

project-*-<http://user.vercel.app|user.vercel.app>

?

I dont think it can, but i believe you could use Ory Oathkeeper as a proxy which in turn redirects to to the correct URI https://www.ory.sh/docs/oathkeeper/
