We have two projects that currently are important. These projects are our dev and production ones. We need to set custom domains on them and we can't get their status changed to paid accounts.

As long as we’re not sharing private data let’s keep this public - might come in handy for future reference. So I assume you’re getting an error of sorts when you try to upgrade your subscription? Can you tell what’s the message and at what point it happens?

@gentle-bird-90474 is admin and can give a better answer. AFAIK, in the prod project the message is "it seems you aborted payment". In the dev project I think we set up payment, but the project says payment is not set up.
(the dev project is "quite old" 😉)

Can you define the exact issue please? Maybe it’s an easy fix we can work out before we go poking at your poor old dev project 😉

Here's some context (about the dev project) from a mail from Daniel to you ppl (sorry, german):
Hier sind wir laut UI im “Developer” Plan, d.h. dem kostenlosen. Ich kann hier keine Rechnung einsehen was soweit ja auch logisch erscheint. Wenn ich versuche den “Professional” Plan zu aktivieren, bekomme ich nur eine Fehlermeldung (siehe Screenshot). Die JSON-Response des Servers verrät mir ebenfalls das, was auch im UI steht (403 Forbidden).

Ok, @magnificent-energy-493 is taking care of the issue with our dev project. About the production project: The message we get there is "It seems like you aborted the payment process. Please reset and retry.”. Should we try the reset now?

@magnificent-energy-493 There’s also an open support request from last year (via email with Klaus Herrmann). He didn’t get back to me yet, even though he did always respond quickly last years. Is he maybe still on vacation?
