We are getting a lot of these reports: I was logged in for hours. Then for no reason after automatically logging out I tried repeatedly to gain access to my account. It would redirect me automatically to Discord. Then I installed that but again couldn’t login to my account. I tried changing the password but in no success.

Thank you for the report - that is a very vague report. Do you have any technical details to help identify what the issue could be?

@high-optician-2097 It seems that the problem is that users are trying to login with their username but only their email seems to work. We are using the kratos UI as a base. But an older one that we heavily customised.

If you require assistance with this the best course of action is to create an issue in github.com/ory/network and include as many details as possible including potentially code to reproduce the issue reliably, then someone from our team can assist you potentially in resolving the issue. To me it looks like some problem with the SDK use or something similar
