And also... it's a real pain I have to as here in Slack when I mainly use discord, a lot of companies I know just use discord for developer support, but I understand there might be certain requirements to use Slack, just another pain I feel.

We used discord as well in the past, but due to security concerns and because it is blocked in many company networks we decided to migrate to Slack. Feel free to also open issues and discussions in GitHub we are very responsive there as well.
