First, I was double charged for the plan and second, anytime I access {myslugorcustomdomain}/self-service/login/browser I get a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
Is there something I can do on my end to fix?

Regarding the redirects issue, could you please paste the full URL so we can investigate?
