Hello, It takes 45 seconds for the recovery mail to be sent. I believe it was like that before we added our custom SMTP and also now when we have our custom (AWS’s). Any pointers on how to fix it?

Hi Sean, we have an investigation into the topic underway and believe to know what is the issue but a fix will require a bit of time. If this becomes unusable or unacceptable please let us know
