hi 🙂 firstly Hydra is really great 😄 I have an issue with logout, basically it returns error

Logout failed because query parameter id_token_hint is missing sid claim.

I've checked id_token and seems like after authentication

sid

is provided there but after using refresh_token - it's not included in new id_token
