It is intended as complementary to the 5 minute guide but without docker and for a more realistic prod deployment. Btw, soon we will also offer Ory Hydra APIs in Ory Cloud, then you dont need to bother with hosting 🙂

Hi Vincent, is there any vague timeline on when Hydra could be expected to be part of Ory Cloud? We are currently evaluating a migration to managed Ory for one of our projects (where we need hydra+kratos)

Hello @shy-activity-49126 Ory Hydra APIs will be available in Ory Cloud in Q3! We are actually very close to finishing it 🙂 Would that be an acceptable timeline for your projects?

We’re looking to run Hydra on Ory Cloud as well. Very excited for this. We might have to run it on our K8S cluster for now and then attempt to migrate to the cloud after.
