Is it possible to prevent Kratos from automatically logging a user in in the browser recovery flow? My team would prefer to redirect users to the login page after password reset rather than immediately providing a session cookie.

No you cannot, but you can customise what the user sees on the settings page. doing a recovery assumes the person requires a password reset
