Hey Ory team πŸ‘‹ We can see that Kratos tables and entities contain both an
id
and a
nid
fields. When creating an identity, both are equal. And in the source code it seems that
nid
stands for
Network ID
. What is the difference between those 2 identifier fields? What would happen if they were to differ, would that be a problem? πŸ™‚ EDIT: I'm still curious about the network ID semantics, but it's not equal to the
id
- I misread because I stumbled across to UUIDs with the same starting chars πŸ˜…

I've always seen the network ID as a tenant ID
