At the moment Ory Keto is not available in Ory Cloud, but it works with selfhosting.
Permissions &amp; Access Control (Ory Keto) will be available in Ory Cloud in Q2 this year.

So in reality I have to use Keto and Oathkeeper self hosted?

Ok, I have used AWS Cognito,  Auth0 and Googles solutions before and Docker so it should be possible to build a solution.
