I was thinking it would could be useful for the ory proxy to send structured http logs to stdout? Is the ory team open to that? (requests served, as well as requests made to ory services) I know I’d like to see more information on latency for instance. My use case is that the proxy will eventually run in a kubernetes Pod on GKE. Google cloud will take the structured logs, then I can make metrics from those.

Cool idea! I think it already supports different log formats such as json :)
