I am integrating the oathkeeper with my current system, and I was wondering if the oathkeeper already supports or plans for features like a rate limiter?

<@U03S44TEEJZ> there have been some discussion about rate limiting already but its not on the roadmap. Would you please open an issue in Github describing the features you require? That way we can add it the the pipeline.
