What would a flow look like for. JIT account? I've never heard of it.

Just-In-Time accounts are a way to track user activity without being authenticated. The idea is that once they register or sign in, actions performed can be merged. For example, firebase authentication provides this capability: https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/web/anonymous-auth
