Is there an easy way to search for users?

Unfortunately not yet, but there are some proposals and RFCs in the Kratos repository: <https://github.com/ory/kratos/issues/2783>

This is a hard issue to tackle, due to scaling issues and other requirements. So it might take a while, before this lands in the Ory Network.
