Anyone have issues with the UI nodes sent by Kratos during the login confirm flow ? After the upgrade to 0.9 the login confirmation flow does not contain the submit button anymore. The normal login flows has it though. Reference discussion : https://github.com/ory/kratos/discussions/2441

I seem to have the same problem after an update from v0.8 to v0.9. Did you find anything out on why this happens?
