was there a change in versioning in kratos? I received a PR from renovate to update the docker image of oryd/kratos: `v1.3.1` -> `v25.4.0`

we will soon publish more info on the new versioning.
also have a webinar planned to talk more about the changes etc.

actually, the pre-tagged images are not yet the official release, I guess we should not push those to dockerhub
