Hi, we’re planning to finally configure a custom domain for our Ory setup. Will the old slug URLs still work for the OAuth2 endpoints, or do we need to migrate all our apps to use the new domain directly?

The slug domain will always be available, however, especially for OAuth2/OIDC you might run into issues around issuer URL mismatches.
