Is it possible to manage account experience 2.0 brand theming using a gitops approach? I can't see anything in REST API or ory cli for exporting the theming colours etc..  Initially the goal is to assist with promoting theming configuration from a developer environment into production, but also it would be preferred to have changes under configuration control.

Not really, it's currently not high-prio but also not that much work really. Maybe if you could open a ticket on <https://console.ory.sh/support> we can track who is requesting that a bit better.
