Kratos question - is it possible to make phone numbers, used for SMS MFA, non-unique? Basically could 2 identities have the same trait/phone

traits can be non-unique, identifiers have to be unique.

so if you use the phone number as identifier it won't work.
i am not 100% sure if it would work if you want to use it for MFA though :thinking_face:
