Do you have something specific you need to use at Keycloak or would going all-in with Ory (i.e. use Ory Kratos as IdP) also be an option?

No, we dont have anything specicfic to use with KeyCloak. I did not know about Ory Kratos. I have been going through the docs and reading about the Ory Oathkeeper...Pretty cool what you guys have done. Not sure if the exec management has decided to go with KeyCloak but I can definitely pitch it and see what they say...
