10/17/2022, 9:26 AMhey everyone, our ory cloud started sending different account reset emails recently. we had custom templates but those seem to be ignored now. the new templates no longer contain a link and our (hand-cranked) UI doesn't support entering any codes. is this intentional?

We recently introduced recovery codes, however, i believe it should still be defaulted to recovery links. /cc @bland-eye-99092

You can update the method to be used on the recovery settings page in the console to be magic links.

yes that is strange, we have explicit tests that verify existing project’s configs are not changed
