I'm seeing an issue in the keto_uuid_mappings table where simply querying ListRelationTuples with an unknown subject results in a new mapping row.  I'm curious if this is a design choice or if I should file a bug against it.  I could see this as a potential DOS attack vector.  Something along the lines of repeatedly querying the endpoint with a randomly generated subject could fill up storage leading to a DOS.
