Hi team!

In <https://www.ory.sh/docs/reference/api#tag/oAuth2/operation/createOAuth2Client>, I can create a OAuth2 client with a `jwks_uri` (it is even recommended to use this vs. the `jwks` parameter)

But in <https://www.ory.sh/docs/reference/api#tag/oAuth2/operation/trustOAuth2JwtGrantIssuer>, only `jwk` is supported. Any reasons why `jwks_uri` is not supported for  RFC 7523 setup? Any plans for adding this in a future version?
