Hi anyone know why the CI is failing on my fosite PR ?

If I run the tool localy on my machine I don't have any issues. (`GOGC=100 golangci-lint run --timeout 10m0s` )
From looking at the CI, it seams it use Go 1.16 witch seams outdated, but I'm not sure how I can update this Go version ?
