Hi, are there any thoughts about adding a catch-all option for after registration/log in actions? As in - one that will always run regardless of the method, as opposed to "Fallback" which is overridden by specific options being set.

Although - after setting this up in code instead of through the UI, it isn't that bad to just iterate through all the methods and add the same config

I think you can add one to all methods if you edit the config directly e.g. through the Ory CLI: <https://www.ory.sh/docs/guides/cli/identity-cli>
