I've found that for us, `authorization_code` token hook was lacking the granted scopes :cry:

So I created an <https://github.com/ory/hydra/issues/3969|issue> and a <https://github.com/ory/hydra/pull/3970|PR>.
Let me know if I'm crazy or there's some meat to this :smile:
