I am starting to wonder if oathkeeper is still maintained. Is the project dead? I can only see chore commits. Are the maintainers still actively working on the project? Should I replace oathkeeper with something else? My question is not meant to be mean or anything I am just really wondering if oathkeeper is really fit for production use.

we do maintain it, but it’s also pretty stable. there’s a bunch of feature requests which we don’t have really time for at this moment
