hi, recently i get your support mail that said i have to paid the next subscription’s money, but i my have already written several mails before the renewal date to ask you to downgrade my plan (but the mail is in your spam) plz do not charge from my card anymore, thx. (i’ve been written the mail to ask support but no reply, in spam again?)
