We are seeing discrepancies with Keto in our local vs deployed environments. We found that we have mismatched versions. Looking through releases we are a little confused with the Jan 13th release note that talks about the bulk insert improvements. The repo looks like the last release is v0.13.0-alpha last February and the changelog update is showing 0.0.0. Dockerhub doesn't have any new builds past v0.12.0 in the last year. If someone could help us decipher this that would be great as we keep debugging what could be going on.
