a lot of our users are reporting issues. it seems we are being rate limited again (429 errors)


ah my bad, you're on one of the super duper old plans. there's probably not a lot we can do in that case. do you know what calls cause the 429s?

no it just means you don't have access to ticketing, of course you should have a functioning product
