I guess you kinda already did 😉 But generally this Slack is not the right place for any kind of advertisements. I would suggest the monthly HN who is hiring post, that is imo a great place to look for devs and many Ory-versed devs read them. Btw Ory also offers professional support directly from the devs who write the software, feel free to DM me if you are interested in that.
