hi there, is there any limitation on self-hosting the ory hydra? for example :- one can’t create more than 1000 clients, or you can’t onboarded more than 1000 scopes or something like that..

The biggest performance bottleneck is the database - so if you handle that you can scale Hydra indefinitely in theory.
