Using the instructions from the Ory cli page and trying to run a tunnel, even with `ORY_PROJECT_API_KEY` set it is still trying to open a browser. Please advise urgently as this has broken our pipelines.

we were yes. We had to downgrade. I also opened a support ticket and was told to do the same. It's odd, because in the code it _looks_ like it _should_ work.
