I added Jaeger, and I can see error in last span

Is this reproducible or flaky? Maybe the webhook target is not available? I am not sure what the reasons could be for

Hi Vincent! I can't see logs/trace where Kratos send request to webhook url. And of course endpoint available. I tested it manually
