unfortunately we can't say when a maintainer has time to look at your PR.
In fact there is only our CTO who is maintaining dockertest and as you can imagine dockertest is quite low on the priority list as it is not a core product.
That being said I will bring it up when we have some time to spend on reviewing new contributions / pending bugfixes.
