We are once again struggling with rate limits, particularly as we forward our scim traffic, and its causing some hiccups and reduced availability for us, can someone at your end help me look into it? We have done some measures to reduce our amount of traffic to you, but particularly patching and posting users through scim is something that is hard (and not really adviseable, for many reasons) to serve from cache 😇

09/16/2024, 12:35 PMWhat I can do to try to mitigate this somehow, is to implement local rate limit on our end, which I already wrote the code for, so it's a minor inconvenience to turn it on, however, it would be nice to go through our config with someone to know what limits we need to stay within for which endpoints etc! 👌

09/17/2024, 10:27 AMbut if i remember correctly that could have been included only in some project tier 🤔 if you dont have access, we fallback to slack, it can be just a pain in the a$$ sometimes, especially if you need to share some data with more than 1 person 😅
