Slack has changed their policy for free workspaces, most notably by <https://slack.com/intl/en-gb/help/articles/29414264463635-Updates-to-message-and-file-history-on-free-workspaces
|permanently expiring content after some time>. Additionally, we recently made a change to hide email addresses in profiles on this workspace for privacy reasons.
Due to these changes, it is no longer ideal to use a closed support channel in this workspace, as content disappears and it’s no longer possible to invite users without unique names.
Because of this we will open the closed #C05PHQCFL1F channel and merge it with the #C02MR4DEEGH channel.
What does this mean for you?
• Ory Network Production plan:
Use #C02MR4DEEGH instead of #C05PHQCFL1F. If possible include the project ID when asking a question so Ory staff can identify you.
• Ory Network Growth or Enterprise plan:
Please use the ticketing system at https://support.ory.sh/.
• Ory Network Developer plan / exploring Ory:
Please ask questions in the _newcomer or general channels.
• Self-hosting Ory:
Nothing changes.
