Does the identity in question also have MFA added?
If there is no MFA method added to the identity the highest available aal is 1.

Not sure if I understood correctly, but if you are saying that the identity has TOTP enabled/set up, then yes, the identity has set up TOTP from the settings flow. When I log out and log in again with the primary authentication method, which is `code`, I am  getting 200 code in `whomi`, and the `authenticator_assurance_level` is aal1, but I should get error as the identity has TOTP enabled but has not completed the TOTP login flow after the primary login.
